When will I receive the chauffeur's contact information?

The chauffeur’s name and telephone number will be sent to the passenger in advance before pickup via email and WhatsApp.

Does the chauffeur speak English?

All of Amhar's chauffeurs speak basic English as well as the local language of the country the ride is conducted in.

Can I add child seats to the booking?

Yes, this is possible. Please select the Business Van/SUV vehicle class and add the required child seat in the “Notes for the chauffeur” field. We will do our best to organize a child seat ahead of time.

How do I find my driver (Meet and Greet)?

For our "Meet and Greet" service, your driver will be waiting in the Arrivals Hall after you clear customs and collect your luggage. They will be holding a personalized sign with your name or company logo.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We monitor all flights in real-time. If your flight is early or delayed, we will adjust your pickup time automatically at no extra cost to ensure your driver is there when you land.

What is included in the price?

Our fixed rates include all taxes, tolls, and the "Meet and Greet" service. There are no hidden "airport fees."

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Yes. You can cancel or modify your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
