- More than 48 hours before pickup: No cancellation fee. Full refund or credit for future use.
- 24 to 48 hours before pickup: 50% of the total booking fee will be charged.
- Less than 24 hours before pickup or no-show: 100% of the total booking fee will be charged.
2. Special Events & Peak Periods
For bookings during holidays, weddings, proms, or major events:
- 7+ days before pickup: No cancellation fee.
- 3 to 7 days before pickup: 50% cancellation fee.
- Less than 72 hours before pickup: 100% cancellation fee (non-refundable).
3. Changes to Reservations

4. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances
- Company-initiated cancellations (e.g., severe weather, safety concerns): Full refund or rescheduling at no cost.
